Blackrock workwear shoot.

Having shot an extensive amount of workwear previously, this client wanted something similar in style. Powerful, dramatic and tough was the brief. The use of lighting was key for this effect and whenever I get brief like this I always get blazing sunshine which is literally the opposite weather that is required.

It’s always nice to play around with power tools and plant machinery on a workwear shoot, but the balance is ensuring that the models are technically correct in their PPE and activities for each shot. Blackrock is a PPE specialist and the focus was on gloves, safety boots and their high visibility gear.
